Being glued to your seat at work may score you points with the boss, but you could be damaging your health. Add in commute time and watching TV at home, Americans spend a lot of time sitting down. Sitting for long periods of time can increase your risk of developing cancer even if you’re otherwise fit.

    First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Thanks!
