Being glued to your seat at work may score you points with the boss, but you could be damaging your health. Add in commute time and watching TV at home, Americans spend a lot of time sitting down. Sitting for long periods of time can increase your risk of developing cancer even if you’re otherwise fit.

    Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog. An excellent read. I will certainly be back.

    First off I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Cheers!
